2. Data We Collect
Through the renovation estimate calculator and contact forms, we collect: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and renovation project details (district, size, scope, finish level). We do not collect payment data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to send your requested renovation estimate PDF, respond to your enquiry, and follow up regarding your renovation project. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of your last interaction, after which it is deleted from our systems.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@lirian.es.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use Netlify (form hosting), Make.com (automation), and Google Workspace (email) as data processors. Each operates under appropriate data processing agreements.
