Lorenzo is an investor and operator with deep experience in European real estate and corporate restructuring. He founded Lirian to bring institutional-grade project management and financial discipline to the Barcelona residential renovation market, a sector where international buyers have historically had very little protection.

When a project runs on time and on budget, it is Marco’s work. He brings over thirty years of hands-on construction experience to Lirian, and a track record that few renovation firms in Europe can match. He is also the founder of MrBrico, the leading handyman franchise brand in Barcelona.

James spent twelve years as a residential investment advisor in London and Singapore, guiding private clients through property acquisitions and renovation programmes across Southern Europe. He relocated to Barcelona in 2021 and joined Lirian to work directly with the international buyers he had spent a decade advising from the other side.

Sophie graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris before completing her postgraduate studies at ETSAB. She has spent eight years working on residential renovation in Barcelona, with a specialisation in protected buildings and heritage permit strategy. She leads all architectural design and Ajuntament submissions at Lirian.

Valentina studied interior architecture in Milan and worked for seven years on high-end residential projects across Italy and Spain before joining Lirian. She leads the design and material specification process for clients who want a considered interior result, not just a functional renovation.

Mei Lin joined Lirian from a property advisory firm in Singapore, where she spent six years guiding Asian private clients through residential acquisitions and renovation programmes in Southern Europe. Henrik spent a decade managing residential and commercial construction projects in the Netherlands before relocating to Barcelona in 2019. He manages Lirian’s largest and most complex renovation projects on-site. He understands exactly what institutional clients expect in terms of process documentation, timeline discipline, and reporting.

Jordi has spent fifteen years building supplier and subcontractor relationships across Barcelona’s construction and materials market. He knows which suppliers deliver on time, which carry the materials that perform over ten years in Barcelona’s climate, and where costs can be controlled without compromising quality.

Montse has spent twenty years managing operations and client administration for professional services firms in Barcelona. She joined Lirian at founding and runs the administrative backbone of the business: contracts, paperwork and invoicing. Born and raised in Gràcia, she is the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
